Opening times
9 a.m. to thirty minutes before sundown
Admission desks close at 7.30 p.m. in April, May, September and
October; at 8.30 p.m. in June, July and August; or even later when
there's something going on in the evening.

By bike
A new bike lane links the festival with downtown Munich! It,
in turns, forms part of the 170 kilometer-long 'Munich Ring'.
Comprised of 14 individual routes, this ring links BUGA with
the Munich's region cultural and natural attractions. |

Follow the signs to 'Messe/ICM' and to 'BUGA'. Plenty of on-site
parking. |

Beer gardens, cafés, snack bars and a lakeside bistro: the
Festival has a wide selection of fare. There's an open-air market
for those wishing to get the makings of a picnic or to stock your
