MS Riem's got room for business bursting at the seams - or bursting with great innovations!

It's one of Munich's great assets: the diversity of activity exhibited by the city's business community.

MS Riem also displays this diversity. And that's thanks to the bodies which formulated the plans for this community. The plans set up several business parks, each with a number of individually configurable properties, and each designed to meet the highly specific needs of the TIME ("technology, information, media and entertainment"), or the skilled trades or manufacturing sectors.

Constructed, now rising or planned for the properties are office buildings and other facilities. Together, they provide MS Riem with a large stock of owner-used and rental space. The companies residing in these structures are forecast to employ up to 13,000 persons.
