IFAT: new records from the world's leading environmental technologies fair

(29.4.2005) 2005 IFAT did it again. Held every three years in Munich, the trade fair for environmental technologies and services set once more new records for exhibitors (2,223 from 36 countries) and visitors (108,000 from 166 countries).
These records were attributable to the wealth of informatory events and of new water, sewage, refuse and recycling processing systems held and presented at the fair, whose next installment will be staged on May 5-9, 2008 in Munich. The success enjoyed by IFAT led MMG, Munich's trade fair authority, to create IFAT China.
The second installment of this event will be held from June 27-30, 2006 in Shanghai.
