New records for Europe's leading fair
for commercial real estate

(13.9.2005) ExpoReal has done it again! The trade fair for commercial real estate has set yet another all-time high, and to have done so nearly a month before it opens its doors.
At some 1,400, the number of exhibitors already registered to attend ExpoReal, to be held at Munich's trade fair center from October 10 to 12, 2005, is up sharply from 2004's 1,344 exhibitors. The registrations for the 2005 venue enable the fair, which was launched in 1998, to set its eighth straight record. This winning string is attributable to the fair's having established itself as the preeminent platform for commercial real estate in Europe.
Proof of this preeminence is forthcoming from the ever-greater number of American, CEE (central and eastern European) and other non-German real estate developers, brokers and financers flocking to the event. Nineteen American companies will be exhibiting at a dedicated pavilion. More than 100 CEE companies – another new record – will be putting their wares on display at ExpoReal.
