The structure work on SynergyOnline's Euro 85 million office complex has been completed, putting it on course to be ready for occupancy by autumn, 2002, as originally scheduled.

The complex will provide its tenants, primarily high-tech companies, with some 33,000 square meters of office space. The heart of the complex is formed by the Hall of Arms. Once the entry facility at Munich Airport (the predecessor of MS Riem), the Hall is being converted into a center of intra-complex communication and cultural activities.
