The Bhamroyal Group is going to build a residential and commercial complex on a site some 18,000 square meters large. The property is located on the north side of MS Riem's Willy Brandt Allee. When completed in autumn 2003, the complex will offer some 35,000 square meters of apartments and offices each. |

The complex has a great location. It is situated between Munich's trade fair grounds and the main entrance to the site of the Federal Garden Show, to be staged in 2005. |
