(January 23, 2004) Munich has a new trade fair: HOGA. To be staged from April 25 - 28, 2004 at the city's Trade Fair Center, this fair will present the products and services used by restaurants, hotels and other players in the hospitality sector.

The HOGA itself is anything but new. The fair has been held--highly successfully--since 1950 on an annual basis in Nuremberg, which will now share the event with Munich.

This year's event will feature equipment for commercial-scale kitchens and high-end articles of consumption.
