(December 30, 2002) DuPont Displays has announced that it will relocate its European marketing and distribution center to Munich's Messestadt Riem district. A subsidiary of
DuPont iTechnologies (itself part of the DuPont chemicals group), the company develops displays. These, in turn, are incorporated into mobile telephones, PDAs, notebooks and high-definition TV monitors.

DuPont Displays' move comes a scant two months after the Oregon-headquartered TriQuint Semiconductor set up a similar facility in the district.
