( May 31, 2002) MS Riem's inhabitants get to design their courtyards.

June 5th, 6th and 7th were days of designing in MS Riem. The designers were a number of the community's residents. The object of their designing: the courtyards of several residential complexes.

These courtyards are to be brightened up. In workshops held both on-site and in community centers, residents submitted their suggestions as to how this is best to be done.

The suggestions were then presented at a "cultural breakfast", held in a marquee in MS Riem on June 9th at 10 a.m.

The days of designing were staged by Grünwerkstatt, MessestadtRiem: Dialog and Quax. These three organizations are responsible for getting and keeping the residents involved in the further development of their community.
