Located at Sigmund-Riefler-Bogen 3, the building has a strong claim to at least part of that title, having won the latest installment of the district’s annual prize for excellence in architecture. Eligible to compete are all building serving commercial needs.

Criteria used in awarding the prize are how well the buildings meet the environmental and design guidelines established for Messestadt Riem’s structures. Also adjudged is how well the buildings have been received by the people working in them and by local residents.

Also winning commendations in the 2003 awards was the building used by MP Mediaproduct Verlags GmbH and situated at Sigmund-Riefler-Bogen 9, Frau Kail-Helfrich und Herr Helfrich.
